SafeSend Taxes
If you are a client of the firm please note that we will be sending our standard tax engagement letters this year via an automated system called SafeSend. This process was put in place to save time, paper and postage.  Your personal engagement letter(s) should arrive by email from PG&Co employee Meagan Skog (see example below) using our “Safesend” portal.  In order to meet our professional standards, it is important that you open and sign your letter(s). Click the provided link in your email to open the letter. After signing twice please click the green Finish button (see Signature Page Sample below). We will receive a message informing us that you have signed off. You will also receive back a confirmation email which will include a link to download a copy for yourself.

We will send your engagement via U.S. mail ONLY if you are unable to complete the eSign process.  Please let us know if you have any questions, feedback, or concerns at 401-831-0200. Thank you.
