The Rhode Island Division of Taxation, Department of Revenue, put together a fact sheet to share just what they provide to Rhode Island business and individual taxpayers. For example, in 2019 they implemented an integrated call center answering over 260,000 calls last year, improving the number of callers they were able to support. They know and appreciate honest and diligent taxpayers, which makes their job easier. [Here] is a summary of some of the statistics they wanted to pass along.
