About Bill


As one of the co-founders of the firm, Bill’s goal was to create a sustainable, quality, independent CPA firm known for integrity and commitment to clients. Since 1973, he has made good on this commitment. Bill is an active and respected professional in the accounting profession.

His extensive background covers not only includes technical financial accounting and tax matters, but also general business dealings, succession issues of closely held businesses, business valuations and litigation support (often serving as an expert testimony), tax issues and real estate development issues. Bill works with individuals, partners and owners of closely held businesses in the industries including real estate, construction and non-profit.

  • Golden Key Award from Bryant University, 1964 – the highest honor given to an accounting major
