Experience
Oswald joined Piccerelli, Gilstein & Company, LLP in 1998 and has over 20 years experience working with closely held businesses in the manufacturing, retail and service industries. He concentrates on the accounting needs of not-for-profit and international clients. He has an extensive background covering not only technical financial accounting matters, but also general business dealings with audit, accounting and tax engagements.

Oswald manages clients, both large and small, including the audit of a large manufacturer with foreign subsidiaries and multiple U.S. locations. He coordinates foreign reporting with international auditors, inventory observations and is responsible for the proper presentation of consolidated financial statements. He also provides management advisory services to a wide range of privately held companies who compete in the global marketplace. His fluency in multiple languages is extremely valuable in assisting a variety of international business owners.

In addition, Oswald directs the audit of a nonprofit organization with a significant portion of its total assets (90%) being investments. Approximately 50% of those investments are holdings in limited partnerships and limited liability companies. In addition, the organization holds funds as agent for other communal entities.

Oswald received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from American University in Washington, D.C.
